After initial contact is established, you will receive a secure link to intake forms via an email from “TherapyPortal.” This is where you can establish your emergency contact, fill out the intake questionnaire, sign and review other forms.
If using insurance, you will also receive an email from Headway to verify your health insurance, determine your co-pay, and set up an automated payment method for session co-pays.

Before we begin our work together, you'll receive this informed consent document to review and sign. Think of it as a roadmap for our therapeutic relationship — it walks you through what therapy looks like, how confidentiality works (and the few situations where it has limits), your rights throughout the process, and the practical details like fees and policies. This will also be reviewed in the first session after all forms are signed and submitted through your personal Therapy Portal.
