QCH accepts private pay patients and some insurances through Headway.

Private pay sessions are $175 for 50 min sessions.

Sliding scale is available for those eligible.

• Optum (United Health Care or Oxford Health)

• Quest Behavioral Health

Soon Providence Health Plan will also be accepted.

Currently, QCH offers telehealth or virtual sessions via Zoom for all patients throughout California. Jzeela Gheisar LMFT is licensed in the state of California (#98994) and is only allowed to treat patients who reside in CA.
